A brief description of the project: The project is aimed at developing a new ‘clean label’ product line in the meat products segment. Realization of the project is planned in two phases – industrial research and experimental development. This project follows an important trend in the industry: the health and wellbeing of consumers. In addition to the multidisciplinary teams from PIK Vrbovec, colleagues from the Croatian Institute of Public Health, which is a strategic partner of the project, are actively participating in the project.

Successful marketing of products at the end of the project, i.e., after experimental development
