Principles of collection and processing of personal data<\/strong><\/p><p>PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. collects and processes personal data respecting the positive principles of personal data processing prescribed by the General Data Protection Regulation, the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the Company\u2019s internal acts governing the protection of personal data.<\/p><p>PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. is committed to the effort to collect and process only the personal data which the company is obliged to collect in compliance with legal obligations, which is necessary for the performance of contracts in which the data subject is a party or the data subject has given his consent to the processing of data for a specific purpose, or for which there is a legitimate interest of PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. for the processing of personal data, making sure that the rights and freedoms of the data subjects are not infringed, and that data processing is fair and transparent.<\/p><p>While collecting and processing personal data, all participants in the process are obliged to ensure that only that personal data is collected and processed which is appropriate and relevant for the purpose for which it is collected and limited only to what is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal data is collected and processed.<\/p><p>PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. takes all reasonable measures to ensure that the personal data collected and processed is accurate and up-to-date to the extent to which PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. has or can have information about data changes.<\/p><p><strong>7. Delivery of data to third parties<\/strong><\/p><p>PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. may transfer personal data to third-party recipients in the event of a legal obligation to deliver personal data based on national or international regulations or to protect the rights and interests of the Personal Data Controller to the extent prescribed or necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal data is transferred. How do we collect personal data?<\/strong><\/p><p>PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. collects personal data:<\/p><ul><li>directly from data subjects as part of contractual or other business relationships in which the data subject is the other party, regardless of the kind of relationship (employment, agreements with business partners, applications for job vacancies, etc.);<\/li><li>from third parties based on legal obligations and powers;<\/li><li>from publicly available sources (e.g. HZMO, HZZO, HZJZ, etc.).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>10. Personal Data Storage Period<\/strong><\/p><p>The period of storage of personal data is determined by mandatory regulations, internal acts or the purpose for which personal data is collected and processed.<\/p><p>In accordance with positive regulations, PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. is obliged to keep certain types of personal data as documentation of permanent value.<\/p><p>In all other cases, when positive regulations or internal acts specify a shorter period of storage of personal data, personal data is stored only as long as prescribed unless there is an obligation to store data for a longer period in the event of their exclusion due to the existence of a judicial or other process, in which case the data is kept until the end of the process.<\/p><p>If the storage period is not determined by mandatory regulation or internal acts, PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. strives to ensure that the data is kept in a form that enables the identification of the data subject only as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data is processed and that it is then deleted or destroyed in an appropriate manner.<\/p><p><strong>11.
